Passed away at the age of 75, Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Our Lady of the Lake RMC. He was born in Lexington, Kentucky and a native of Waston, La. He also served in Vietnam from 1965-1968. He was a loving son, husband, father, and grandfather. He was survived by by his children: Deborah {Robert} Bryant, Lisa, Sabrina Cressionie {Clinton Richie}, Michael, Nicole, Dale {Heather}, Ronnie{ Regina} Dakota Samples. A numerous of grandchildren and great granchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Elzie and Mary Jo., Brother, Ronald, sister Charlotte, Grandson Charlie and his loving wife Evelyn.
