Raphiel Skillern, 67, of Baton Rouge, LA passed away Friday, Jan. 6, 2017 at OLOL Hospital, Baton Rouge. Visitation at New Rising Sun B. C., 16444 Highland Rd., Baton Rouge from 12 noon to 2 pm Saturday, Jan. 14, 2017. Interment will be in Louisiana National Cemetery, Zachary. Survived by his children, son and daughter in law, James and Sharon Lee; daughters, Nicole and Brittany Skillern; grandchildren, great grandchild and other relatives and friends. Arrangements entrusted to MJR Friendly Service Funeral Home, Denham Springs.
