Lester B. Yancy, 95, a resident of Baton Rouge, departed this life Saturday, May 16, 2015 at The Crossing @ Clarity Hospice, Baton Rouge. Visitation at Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church, 9700 Scenic Hwy., Baton Rouge from 4 pm to 6 pm Friday, May 22. Religious service at St. Helena Missionary Baptist Church, 1705 Lookout Rd., Greensburg at 1 pm Saturday. Conducted by Rev. Lee Allen Pounds, Jr. Interment in Turner Chapel Church Cemetery, Greensburg.
