Lawyer John Buckley, Jr. aka "Little John", pass away peacefully on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at Baton Rouge General  Hospital on Bluebonnet Baton Rouge, LA.

Survived by one son Omar Buckley, two daughters Jaqueisha Simmons, Starr La'Shae Thomas; one brother Taurean Shropshire; two sister April Donald, Darcell Shropshire and one grandchild of Baton Rouge, LA.

Vistation will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 9:00 am until religious service 11:00 am.

Service wil be held at MJR Friendly Service Funeral Home,  7803 Florida Blvd, Denham Springs, LA. Service conducted by Minister Johnny Offord, Jr.
