Felicia Owens, 28, a resident of Baton Rouge, departed this life Monday, April 13, 2015 at her home. Visitaton at St. Paul United Methodist Church, Hwy. 955, Ethel, LA from 9 am Saturday, April 18 until religious service at 11 am. Conducted by Rev. Edward Scott. Interment in the church cemetery. Survived by six children; father, Lawton Owens and mother, Charlene Owens
