Ethel Osby

Ethel Lea Osby, 73, a resident of Walker and a former long time resident of Baton Rouge, departed this life, Sunday, May 7, 2017 at her home. Visitation at St. Mark Baptist Church, 13590 Dunn St., Walker from 4 pm to 8 pm Friday, May 12. Visitation will resume at the church from 9 am Saturday until religious service at 11 am. Conducted by Rev. Edgar L. Thomas. Interment in the church cemetery. Survived by her son, Delarryo Elbert, Sr., Walker; mother, Elizabeth Stewart, Walker; three sisters, Lula Mae Hart, Albany and Sandy Bell (Frankie) and Marilyn Scott (Michael) all of Walker; a brother, Joe Ivy Stewart (Mary Ann), Memphis, TN; fiance', Andrew Jackson, Port Allen; two grandchildren, Delarryo, Jr. and Sydney Elbert both of Walker and a host of other relatives and friends. Arrangements entrusted to MJR Friendly Service Funeral Home, Denham Springs.
