Daniel McKeel, Jr., retired from the Louisiana Department of Corrections, he departed this life Sunday December 8, 2013 at Carrington Place Rehabilitation Center at age 68. Visitation at MJR Friendly Service Funeral Home, 7803 Florida Blvd., Denham Springs from 2 pm to 8 pm Friday, December 13, 2013. Religious service at St. James Baptist Church, 11923 Hwy. 84, Ferriday at 11 am Saturday. Conducted by Rev. Robert Cook. Interment in church cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to MJR Friendly Service Funeral Home, Denham Springs. 225 6658002
