Christine B. Woods, 88, a resident of Denham Springs, departed this life Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014 at her home. Visitation at New Zion Baptist Church, 126 East St., Denham Springs from 4 pm until religious service at 7 pm Thursday, Oct. 2, 2014. Conducted by Rev. Dr. Leroy Taylor. Dismissal at Pleasant Gift Baptist Church, 2055 Pleasant Gift Rd., Canton, MS at 11 am Friday. Interment in Pleasant Gift Cemetery, Canton. Survived by a brother, three sisters, children, nieces, nephews, a god daughter and a host of other relatives and friends. Arrangements entrusted to MJR Friendly Service Funeral Home.
