Arthur Rankins, Jr.

Arthur Rankins, Jr. departed this life on December 25, 2025, at the age of 92. His memories will forever be cherished by his loving wife, Helen Loretta Turner-Rankins; a brother, Charles Rankins; one sister, Doris Rankins Moore; four daughters; three step-daughters; nine grandchildren and a hosts of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is proceeded in death by his loving parents, Arthur and Ethel Spears Rankins and ten siblings. Viewing will be held on Friday, January 10, 2025, at Greater King David Baptist Church, 222 Blount Rd., Baton Rouge, La 70807 at 8 am until religious service at 10 am. Dr. John E. Montgomery, II will be officiating the service. Interment will be in Louisiana National Cemetery, Zachary, La.
